Rules 001. Mod's word is law. Do not argue with us. There is no guarantee we will accept your application, even if you already have a character in game.
002. Play nice with everyone. If you have a problem, no matter how big or small, bring it to the mods. It's best this way for everyone.
003. No Godmoding of other characters, and please use appropriate spelling and grammar for your posts. Any logs and email interaction are to be posted in x_emplary and character journal entries in the character's respective journal. Any OOC posts, whether they be notices of absences, plot related, questions or queries and fun random stuff is to go in the OOC community: x_ault
004. No character will be accepted if it is clear that they are only intended to be played to satisfy the player's need for smut. We all like smut, but we like it mixed up nicely with our plot as well.
005. Similarly, we like to see variety in who your characters interact with. If you consistently only play with one or two other players then you will be notified.
006. There is a character limit of three, with the requirement that at least one of your characters should be a member of the X-men and another should be a Brotherhood member. The third is up to you. Also, we understand that sometimes you pick up a character that for whatever reason you can't get into, or lose the muse for, but if you become someone who serially drops and picks up characters, we're going to get annoyed and be heavily critical of whether you're reliable enough to playing in the game.
007. We reserve the right to be critical of characters with any sort of healing abilities, whether they are to heal themselves or others. Characters with precognition will only be given to players who have earned the confidence of the mods. Absolutely no original characters. There are more than enough obscure mutants out there for you to choose from before you have to go creating your own.
008. Please stick to the canonical sexual orientation for your characters unless the change in mutation has a legitimate effect whether your character is straight, gay or bisexual. It's perfectly alright for your character to "switch sides" so to speak in game as long as it is characterised well. If your character suddenly becomes homosexual, or suddenly turns straight after just one log, then it's going to look very suspicious and we're going to think you're breaking rule 004.
009. Posting rules are as follows: Each character should show activity in some way at least once a week, whether it be in a log or in journal form. If you cannot meet the requirements for legitimate reasons please inform the mods.
